Role Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated full‑time team member to join us on-site in Oakley Green. This role involves general labouring and decking work across a variety of outdoor projects. You’ll assist with site preparation, moving materials, basic assembly tasks, groundwork, and supporting the installation team.
You’ll work directly with clients and colleagues, helping ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. We can train you in all specialist skills - what matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to handle physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Working Hours / Start Times
As we work across various locations, our aim is to be on-site by 7:45am. This typically means we meet at our Windsor site anytime from around 6:45am, depending on the travel time required for that day’s job.
Qualifications
- Experience in labouring, landscaping, or outdoor construction
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment (training provided for everything else)
- Strong understanding of safety practices and maintaining a tidy, safe work environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and a practical, problem‑solving mindset
- Physical stamina for outdoor labour in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly
- Full UK manual driving licence (clean), able to drive a Crafter‑sized van
- Prior experience with decking or carpentry is a bonus but not required - full training provided
