Job Description

Due to a growing demand in the market place for the latest technology at affordable prices, Martin Dawes Ltd are looking to expand our existing team. We are looking to recruit someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and who thrives within a sales and administration environment. Based at our Service Department in Winsford, you will be the first point of contact for our rental customers who may call with a wide range of enquiries; therefore, you must have strong customer service skills, be sociable and confident. The role is a blend of Customer Service, Sales and administration so if you're looking for a position which offers variety of workload and a chance to learn new skill sets then this could be the perfect role for you!

What does the role involve?

· Administration Duties: Processing Customer's rental contracts, processing rental payments, data processing, sending correspondence to Customers via letter and email.

· Debt Control: Contacting Customers from the computerised listings by telephone to procure unpaid rental payments, build relationships with existing customers in arrears in order to arrange and maintain effective payment plans.

· Call taking: Ensure the Customers’ needs are met by reviewing Customers accounts with a view to upgrading Customers rental equipment, you will use your product knowledge to ensure you provide the Customer with the best option for their requirements Deal with all Customer account enquiries, book service calls, effectively handle Customer termination requests with the objective of saving the rental account.

· New account management: Processing applications from our rental website, you will carry out credit checks and set up new rental agreements using your product knowledge to match the customers needs with our products, the ideal candidate will possess excellent inter-personal skills in order to provide a first class service to our rental customers.

· Stock control: As you will be Depot based you will be required to have knowledge of stock rotation, being aware of stock refurbishment by liaising with our service workshop and stock available for rental, ensuring that all stock reports are accurate and live.

· Service call taking: Booking service calls for our rental customers, assisting with engineers’ daily route plans and liaising with both engineers and customer to resolve any enquiries.

· Excellent inter-personal skills

· Confident with Microsoft Office and social media sites

· Have full awareness of confidentiality and data protection regulations

· Cares about providing a great customer service experience

· Excellent time management skills

· Smart appearance

· At least 1 years sales and administration experience

· Target driven

£ 26,436.80 per year
