Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Legal Executive to join our legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in private client work, demonstrating exceptional skills in negotiation and client management. This role is pivotal in providing tailored legal advice to individuals on matters such as wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to private clients on a range of matters including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Liaise with other professionals such as financial advisors, accountants, and estate agents to ensure holistic client support.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting private client work and implement necessary adjustments in practice.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX or equivalent) with relevant experience in private client law.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client engagement.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
