We also proudly present jewellery design and services by our artisan team of watchmakers, goldsmiths and jewellery designers from our state-of-the-art workshops.

As the face of our brand, you will create unique, welcoming and unforgettable experiences for our clients, guiding them with their purchases and providing expert advice along the way. This role is deserving of someone with exceptional sales and customer service beyond the normal retail environment, with a key focus on the luxury sector. Passion should come as standard and creating magical moments will part of your everyday environment. Our Cardiff team assist 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Here is How We envision Your Role:
- Demonstrates ability to motivate and develop others through coaching
- Promotes clear communication between Sales floor and Management Team
- Provide flexibility to assist in other departments when required
- Conduct monthly 1-1s
- Provide feedback both on positive performance and on areas that require improvement to members of the team
- Conduct RTW meetings
- Attend management meetings where required
- Complaint Handling
- Ensure that all personal targets and team targets are met
- Awareness of shop targets
- Always ensure appropriate level of cover on the shop floor
- Demonstrate awareness of how all departments operate within the store
- Conduct investigations
- Keyholding where required
- Make sure that your displays are of the highest standard
- Responsibility for your own development
- Keep discounting to a minimum
- Increase sales – drive sales by example through individual performance.
- Be aware of opportunities to upsell and add-ons
- Taking in repairs from customers

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
