Who we are (and what we’re about):
Before the toast pops or the kettle boils, we’ve already been and gone. At Milk & More, we blend trusted British tradition with modern convenience - delivering fresh milk in iconic return-and-refill glass bottles alongside 200+ groceries straight to doorsteps before the nation even wakes.
Operating across 32 fulfilment centres, our milkmen and women know their streets inside out. They deliver a quiet, friendly, and sustainable service that supports local British farms, keeps a century-old tradition alive, and makes daily life that little bit easier.
In this newly created role, we’re looking for a passionate CRM Executive who wants to take the next step in their career. You’ll join a collaborative, commercially focused brand marketing team with the freedom, support and trust to own your own campaigns. If you’re ready to bring a touch of morning magic to thousands of inboxes, app feeds and doorsteps, we’d love to welcome you to the round!
The team set-up:
You’ll report to our CRM Manager
What you’re here to do:
As our CRM Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our daily campaign calendar, working closely alongside the CRM Manager to bring our customer communications to life. You’ll design, build, test, and tweak brilliant, targeted campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail - driving genuine value and long-term loyalty using SAP Engagement Cloud (Emarsys).
What you’ll be getting up to:
· Working alongside the CRM Manager to shape quarterly marketing plans, collating fresh ideas from across the team and senior stakeholders to deliver on time and in sync with wider brand activity
· Creating content, writing snappy copy and pulling together visuals across D2C channels (email, SMS, app push, direct mail), using established templates or building new designs
· Recommending campaign strategies that perform well, considering customer insights, segmentation, channel choice, and testing schedules to get the best results
· Keeping an eye on daily and weekly campaign KPIs (deliverability, engagement, and conversion) using tools like PowerBI, sharing clear performance updates back to the team
· Teaming up with Data and Brand Marketing to turn customer insights into personalised, highly relevant campaigns that land at just the right moment
· Keeping up with CRM best practice, emerging tech, and new ideas to keep improving customer engagement and commercial growth
· Maintaining top standards for data quality, customer preferences, list hygiene, and full GDPR compliance
· Pitching in with the CRM Manager on broader strategic projects whenever needed
What you’ll bring to the table:
· Minimum 1-2 years’ hands-on experience designing and executing targeted customer campaigns across email, direct mail, and other channels using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
· Emarsys experience is a bonus, but not essential
· A solid grasp of CRM best practice, including customer segmentation and targeting logic to identify key audiences for campaigns
· A great eye for visual design, paired with strong copywriting skills and confidence adapting image assets for email templates
· Comfortable with performance analysis, campaign optimisation, and testing approaches
· Confident understanding of GDPR, data protection, and data hygiene practices
· Experience with SQL databases is a nice-to-have, but definitely not a dealbreaker
How you’ll work and approach things:
· Curious & customer-first - commercially minded with a natural curiosity about what makes customers tick
· Great communicator - able to build relationships across teams effortlessly
· Detail-driven - analytical and data-informed, with a sharp eye for accuracy
· Adaptable - thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are quite the same
· Super organised - great at managing your own workload, prioritising tasks and keeping projects moving smoothly
Why join us?
· Hybrid working, with a mix of office and home-based working
· 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
· Company pension scheme
· Employee discounts
· Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providing confidential wellbeing support
· A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your CRM and marketing expertise
· The chance to help shape a growing CRM programme within a well-known consumer brand
