You will be based in the clubhouse on the holiday park and will be responsible for helping the general day-today running of the Bar facility as well as some kitchen and entertainment duties. You will be required to be friendly, professional and capable of working under pressure. You will possess excellent communication skills, be smartly presented and have an outgoing personality. You will need to go the extra mile to ensure customers receive the best possible experience and that they want to return because of this.

Key Responsibilities:
· To understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
· To work within the law when selling alcohol.
· Ensure all employees, owners and holiday makers are complying with park and company rules.
· Conduct checks on all facilities (toilets, games room patio area) to ensure everything is in good working order and the club house is operating to a high standard.
· You will be responsible for the Replenishment of stock in the fridges ensuring FIFO (first in first out) is strictly adhered to and minimising and recording any waste.
· Ensure that all health and safety standards are being followed.
Duties: These may/will include but are not limited to:
· Opening and closing the bar / clubhouse.
· Serve behind the bar and receive any deliveries.
· Promote Team Work.
· Assist with the kitchen/wait/entertainment duties if required.
· Operating the Epos till system.
· Cash up the tills if required.
· Keeping the bar clean (clean as you go) and to a very high standard.
· Keeping an accurate record of any waste and transfers.
· General housekeeping within the club facility during shift to ensure everything is kept to standard and at close rubbish is cleared, drip trays cleaned, tables are cleared and wiped down, bar cleaned and floor washed.
Health & Safety:
· To read and sign off the appropriate Risk Assessment’s / COSHH.
· To wear and care for PPE.
· To record all findings on daily checklists.
· To adhere to all safe work practices and procedures.
· To report to Park Manager any Health and Safety concerns on Park.
