Escape Hot Tubs, a leading supplier of high-quality Jacuzzi hot tubs, swim spas, and outdoor living solutions in Worksop, is looking for a trainee or experienced Hot Tub and Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join our team.

The Role:
As an experienced engineer, you will:
- Install, service, and repair hot tubs, swim spas, and air source heat pumps.
- Install outdoor and indoor saunas and luxury pergolas
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Advise customers on maintenance and energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent Escape Hot Tubs with pride.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with hot tub and air source heat pump installation and maintenance, or a keen and willing attitude to learn and work towards becoming an experienced technician and engineer.
- Tools experience - a background in using tools or trade experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Trainee role starting salary £28,000 p/a
Experienced role salary £32-35,000 depending on experience
Both roles will have regular pay reviews after 3 months and then annually.
