Amazon Account Support at push-pull
Fancy a career where you're learning Amazon strategy on one hand and helping build the tools that give our clients an edge on the other? push-pull is doubling in size year on year, and a big part of that is down to something most agencies our size aren't doing: we build our own AI-powered tools in-house — bespoke systems for reporting, content, and account management that our competitors simply don't have. We're looking for ambitious people to join the team and grow into this alongside us.
What's in it for you?
- A full-time, permanent role with a £25,750 salary plus a bonus scheme
- 25 days' annual leave plus a pension plan
- Hybrid working: 3 days a week at our Bournemouth office, 2 from home
- The chance to work on top-tier brands including Ancient + Brave, Molton Brown, JLab, and more
- Hands-on exposure to the AI tools and internal systems we're building — genuinely useful skills for whatever you do next
- A structured development programme covering Amazon strategy, digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce trading
Who are we?
We're Amazon specialists — we grow brand presence and drive sales for our clients on the platform. What sets us apart is that instead of just bolting AI onto the way we already work, we build our own tools around it: things that streamline reporting, surface insights faster, and help our team make better calls for clients. If you like the idea of learning the Amazon ecosystem while getting your hands on tech most people your age never get near, you'll fit in well here.
Who are we looking for?
This is an entry-level role, ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone keen to break into e-commerce and digital marketing. We'll teach you the rest.
- Curious, adaptable people with a proactive attitude
- An interest in technology and how it's changing the way businesses work
- Recent graduates or people with backgrounds in marketing, business, IT, or similar
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel
Desirable but not required:
- Knowledge of Amazon, PPC, copywriting, or design tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva)
- Any exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analysis
- Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
Your role in the team
- Work alongside specialists in graphic design, advertising, SEO, and conversion optimisation
- Contribute to brand performance reviews and optimisations on Amazon
- Get hands-on with the internal tools we build — using them for content, reporting, and analysis, and seeing firsthand how they're developed
- Take on a mix of tasks, from design briefs to advertising strategy
- Full training and ongoing support across Amazon and our internal tech
Key responsibilities
- Manage and build client relationships
- Monitor account health and inventory across Amazon
- Optimise listings and develop engaging graphics
- Pull together client reports with clear insights and action points
- Get stuck into the tools we're building and help us keep improving them
Why join push-pull?
We invest in people. You'll get structured training across Amazon strategy, plus real exposure to the tools and systems we're building in-house — the kind of experience that's genuinely rare at this career stage, in any industry. Whether you end up specialising in advertising, SEO, content, or data, there's room to carve your own path here.
