Coordinating schedules – preparing rotas & communicating with staff, clients & families
Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community
Upholding reputation – handling complaints & taking action
Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call
Leadership – by inducting new starters & assessing Team training
Upholding standards – ensuring compliance with policies

You’ll need…

A willingness to learn & develop in your new role
Experience providing domiciliary care
Ability to deal with challenging & deadline driven work
A driving licence & access to a vehicle

Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills
A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic

You don’t need previous experience as a Care Coordinator, but you’ll need professional experience in providing domiciliary care. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy and have the opportunity to progress your career with us!

Responsibilities

Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules
Matching carers to clients based on skills and compatibility
Conducting initial client assessments and reviews
Handling enquiries from clients
families and healthcare professionals
Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries
Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulations
Maintaining accurate records in care management systems
Covering care calls in emergencies when required
Participating in on-call rota

Requirements

Previous experience in care sector (office or hands-on)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills
both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset
IT literate with experience of care management software
Full UK driving licence

Qualifications

Care Coordinator qualification advantageous
Experience with rostering software
