Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks in the kitchen and front of house, contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries.
Support team members in daily operations, helping wherever needed to ensure efficiency.
Engage in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Perform basic maths for handling transactions accurately.
Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment.

Skills

Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting others.
Basic maths skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
