Purpose

To assist, advise and support in the quality and compliance of contract performance, directly liaising with the Operational Team, IT team and external stakeholders to ensure that the contract raises the standards of quality service delivery.

Location:
This is primarily a home working role however the successful candidate will be expected to do London site visits for analysis and QA checks, approximately 1-2 times a week on average but this will be driven by business needs.
