About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Supervisor to join our Shoe Zone team on a permanent part-time basis, working 22 hours per week.
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, support and motivate colleagues, and help ensure the store operates efficiently while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store.
● Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
● Assist with staff training, coaching, and development.
● Ensure the shop floor is clean, well presented, and fully stocked.
● Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
● Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
● Support stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and stock control.
● Help achieve sales targets and key performance objectives.
● Ensure company policies, health and safety procedures, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
● Take responsibility for running the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
● Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory, team leader, or senior sales assistant role.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
● Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
● Confidence in making decisions and solving problems.
● Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
● A positive attitude and a passion for delivering a great shopping experience.
