We're currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Team Members to join our food and beverage team.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a key role in preparing great food for our guests. You'll work as part of a busy kitchen team, following recipes and food production standards to keep every dish consistent and ready to serve. Every day is busy and hands-on, and every shift is a chance to help create a great experience for everyone who visits.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to a consistent standard, following recipes and portion guides
- Support all areas of food production, from prep work through to final plating and service
- Help prepare food for parties, group bookings, and special events
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Follow allergen procedures correctly and consistently
- Manage stock levels and report any shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- A genuine interest in food and good food hygiene practices
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency, especially under pressure
- Good teamwork and communication skills within a busy kitchen
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, school holidays, and peak periods
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus, but not essential; full training provided

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
