We are looking for reliable Process Operators to work in our flagship plant in Westbury, Wiltshire.
The role -
Working in a busy production line as part of a team, operating heavy-duty machinery to produce high-quality rubber compounds to customers specifications. This is a very physically and mentally demanding role, involves noise, heat, repetitive tasks and requires accuracy.
Work pattern -
48 hours per week over 4 Days (Mon-Thu), 12-hour shifts, 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, on weekly rotation.
We offer:
- Excellent earning potential; competitive rates of pay: starting at £13.10 per hour (night hours enhance of £5.26 p.h.), going up to £14.19 p.h. (night hours enhance of £5.94) when probation passed.
- Overtime (when available): From 48 hours to 55 hours per week = x1.5 basic rate. Anything over 55 hours = x2 basic rate.

- Fork lift trained would be an advantage but not essential (training will be given)
This role will suit someone that takes pride in a job well done, looking for a stable job, enjoys physical work and doesn't mind getting dirty; someone comfortable working long shifts and night shifts, while remaining focused.
This role will not suit someone looking for light work, office/desk based work or short shifts; someone that prefers quiet and clean environments.
Holidays -
20 days + Bank holidays if they fall on a day you normally work.
Fixed Holidays: you will be required to take annual leave during company shutdowns, currently, 1 week (3 days) in April and 1 week (4 days) in August and Christmas (7 days); this may vary from one year to the other.
