We are looking to expand our current team supporting an older male adult diagnosed with learning disability and autism. Our client has his own home where he lives with family. Support is required over 24 hrs to promote independence when carrying out activities, assistance with personal care, and maintaining his safety. Learning disability and autism experience is preferred but not essential.
Applicants must be confident, calm, caring, with a good sense of humour and the ability to build a rapport.

Shifts available throughout the week in Sandbach:
Monday - Sunday:
Sleep Ins Day Shifts 24 hour shifts
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)

*Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:*
* Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
* Full clean manual driver's license
* NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
* Experience of providing complex care *(e.g. Autism, Tracheostomy etc.)*
* Content on working alternate weekends
