About the Role
Rima UK Ltd is seeking an organised, reliable and proactive Sales & Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This varied position combines sales administration, customer service, stock control and general office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse role working on their own initiative..
Key Responsibilities
· Processing customer orders, invoices and Goods Dispatch Notes (GDNs).
· Scheduling deliveries and coordinating with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
· Maintaining accurate stock records and processing incoming deliveries.
· Processing purchase orders and checking supplier invoices.
· Creating and maintaining customer, supplier and product records.
· Supporting ISO documentation and office administration activities.
· Providing excellent customer service by telephone and email.
What We Are Looking For
· Previous administration, order processing or sales support experience.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Confident IT user with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Business Central would be an advantage.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
