The Package
- £44,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- 40-hour working week, 7:30am – 4:30pm

The Role
This is a varied commercial position, with the majority of your work focused on high-street retail environments.
You'll be responsible for planned maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and breakdowns, ensuring customers' systems remain operational and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
You'll be working on:
- Air Handling Units
- DX systems
- VRV / VRF
- Split systems
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
- Responding to reactive breakdowns
- Carrying out breakdown and remedial works
- Maintaining air conditioning systems to a high standard
- Working directly with customers and site teams
- Completing relevant job documentation
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
You'll need:
- F-Gas certification
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous commercial Air Conditioning experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
