Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Family Solicitor specialising in financial remedy cases. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients navigating complex financial disputes arising from family breakdowns. Duties
- Provide expert legal advice on financial remedy matters in family law cases, including divorce settlements, asset division, and maintenance arrangements.
- Draft and review legal documents, including consent orders, financial affidavits, and court pleadings.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to financial disputes.
- Analyse complex financial information such as bank statements, valuations, and property portfolios to advise clients effectively.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards and deadlines.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies for financial resolution.
- Keep up-to-date with legislative changes affecting family law and financial remedy procedures.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts to strengthen case outcomes.

Pay: From £50.00 per hour
