As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Management team with the day-to-day operation of the department, helping to maintain the exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards expected within a leading luxury hotel.
You will lead by example, supervising the team during daily operations while ensuring guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest possible standard.
As Housekeeping Supervisor you will:
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department
- Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team during daily operations
- Ensure guest bedrooms, suites, and public areas are presented to exceptional standards
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and ongoing development
- Carry out quality checks to maintain consistently high standards
- Help manage departmental rotas and daily task allocation
- Ensure all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures are followed
- Deliver outstanding guest service while responding professionally to requests and feedback
The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience within a quality hotel environment, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
You will be a confident team leader who enjoys motivating others, maintaining exceptionally high standards, and helping create memorable guest experiences.
