The Role requires serving and providing bar and café products to customers within prescribed product service guidelines.
The successful applicant will report into the Catering Supervisor.
Amongst other key tasks they will be:
- To prepare, cook and serve food and drink in accordance with health and safety, food hygiene and Company standards
- To provide a high standard of customer care at all times in accordance with Company procedures
- To ensure the café and bar areas of the facility are maintained in a clean and tidy condition to set standards
- Collect and wash crockery, cutlery and glasses
- To receive payment from customers for café and bar products
- To record and reconcile monies using appropriate equipment and systems, ensuring the accuracy of each transaction in accordance with the Company’s financial regulation
- To re-stock point of sale areas with café and bar, confectionary and miscellaneous products as directed, in accordance with defined procedures
- To ensure all areas and activities, as outlined in the facility programme, are set up and cleared away in accordance with booking requirements
- To carry out any other relevant duties as required, within the scope of the post.
