Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our small bagel store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor health and safety compliance across the site, implementing necessary measures
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns or requirements promptly
- Organise schedules, assign tasks, and oversee their completion to meet project deadlines
- Maintain clear communication channels between team members and management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are upheld
- Manage documentation related to operations, safety reports, and client feedback
- Drive company vehicles as needed for site visits or client meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment
- knowledge of Food safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
