We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, a flair for creativity, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. The Senior Hairdresser will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services, and enhancing client satisfaction through personalised consultations and specialised treatments
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments with precision and creativity.
- Provide expert advice on hair care, colour choices, and styling options tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- stock control, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Upsell products and services effectively to maximise sales
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, personalised service, and attentive care.
- Organise promotional events or special offers to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling and cutting techniques (styling, hair up, balayage, high lights etc etc).
- Experience in customer service.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
