ROLE OVERVIEW
You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of 24 residential developments across the Central region, spanning Birmingham, Northampton, Coventry, Leicester, Banbury and Worcester. From modern apartment blocks to established estates, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for residents, clients and contractors, ensuring high standards are delivered consistently.
Working from home with regular regional travel, you’ll blend smart planning with on-site presence to keep your developments safe, compliant and well-maintained. Backed by Trinity’s strong operational support, you’ll have the tools, processes and team around you to deliver a people-first, professional service that residents feel and notice.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days, you will coordinate maintenance and compliance tasks, respond to resident and client enquiries, and manage contractors to agreed SLAs and budgets. You’ll plan and attend site visits and meetings, track actions to closure, and keep clear records so decisions are well-informed and transparent.

- Residents and clients feel listened to, informed and confident in the service you provide.
- Developments are clean, safe and fully compliant, with proactive maintenance plans in place.
- Budgets and service charges are well managed, with clear, timely reporting and accurate records.
- Contractors are well-briefed, performance-managed and deliver quality work on time.
- Issues are resolved quickly at root cause, with minimal escalation and strong follow-through.
- Meetings, inspections and actions are planned, prioritised and completed to agreed timelines.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Visiting sites across Birmingham, Northampton, Coventry, Leicester, Banbury and Worcester to inspect standards, safety and maintenance needs.
- Managing day-to-day enquiries from residents and clients, providing clear updates and next steps.
- Planning and overseeing compliance activities, H&S checks, risk assessments and remedial works.
- Preparing and managing budgets, service charges and purchase orders with accurate documentation.
- Briefing, instructing and monitoring contractors, reviewing performance and approving invoices.
- Organising and chairing meetings, issuing minutes and tracking actions through to completion.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Managing a mixed residential portfolio with budget responsibility and service charge awareness.
- Coordinating compliance, H&S, fire safety and planned maintenance activities.
- Working with resident stakeholders, developers, RMC/RTM directors and contractors.
- Running site inspections, chairing meetings and producing concise, action-led minutes.
- Using property management systems and Excel to maintain accurate records and reporting.
