Founded in 1985 by Peter and Sue Coleman and later joined by son James, the current Managing Director, in 1998, Creedy Carver has specialised in producing the finest Free Range Duck and Chicken for over 30 years with a reputation for great flavour and a high meat yield. The concept is the same now as it has always been, to produce great tasting poultry with a huge emphasis on bird welfare and sustainable farming.
We are currently looking for a delivery driver to cover holidays and absences. This delivery driver roles requires multi drop deliveries to our butcher and farm shop customer base throughout the Southwest and South of the country; delivering our chicken and duck products.
Working days will vary week to week, so this role would very much suit someone who is willing to be flexible and is looking for casual work. The working days will range from one to three days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. The start time is 5.00am. Driving days can vary between 8 - 12 hours depending on the run. You will be based from Upton Hellions, Crediton, Devon - this is where you will start and finish your working day.
Applicants will be responsible for loading their own vehicle and checking their load against delivery invoices. Full training/shadowing will be provided.
Clean driving license is required.
This role is for a permanent contract, with a 3-6 month probationary period. We are looking for someone to stay on a long term basis.
Pay: £13.58 per hour
