The Maids Head hotel, an independently owned AA 4 star, 84-bedroom hotel with a 2 AA rosette restaurant, requires a professional hard working Commis Chef.
The position is a 40hr contract.
Experience at a similar standard and job roll is requested.
The ideal candidate will:
· Be able to work at a 2AA rosette level.
· Be able to run and organise a section of the kitchen.
· Have experience in a fresh food kitchen
· Be a self-motivated person who enjoys working as part of a friendly and hardworking team.
· Knowledgeable regarding all food safety standards.
· Or be someone with a passion or experience for pastry.
