Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing global organisation in their Sheffield city centre office as a Caseworker on a 6 month fixed term contract to support an increase in work across the team. This role forms part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) case working team, responsible for the successful delivery of the reintegration services to citizens who are returning to their home countries.
Role Summary
This role works with Case Managers, IRARA overseas offices and delivery partners around the world to help deliver first class case management for Returnees on a Reintegration Journey. It will work as part of the Global Operations team, responsible for the successful delivery of reintegration services to individuals who are returning to their home countries.
Case Work in returnee reintegration involves supporting and assisting returnees in navigating the complex process of reintegration. Through our affiliates and partners around the world we support individuals providing tailored assistance, through to helping them understand their options and best course of action. The role involves undertaking casework to create a viable ‘reintegration plan’, securing appropriate documentary evidence of expenditure, coordination of services being delivered in a timely manner and completion of monitoring and evaluation activities.
This role will be required to update a number of computer-based case management tools which are utilised in the support of our operational activities, from which quality data assurance and case administration can be delivered and assured.
Main duties
· Assisting Case Managers and liaising with IRARA local operations centres to ensure timely, accurate and successful completion of reintegration activities
· Data entry and undertaking quality checks on case management systems
· Supporting production of monthly reports as required by the funding organisations
· Attending regular organisational review meetings (local and global)
· Recording instructions received from key funders (National Governments)
· Representing IRARA in periodic and ad-hoc meetings and develop good relationships with relevant stakeholders
· Any other duties as deemed appropriate to support the smooth running of the team

- 5+ GCSE’s including English and Maths (or equivalent qualification o relevant experience)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience (in case management)
- Masters degree
