We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Notes Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy of medical notes and documentation submitted by healthcare provider.
- Utilize computer skills and specialized software to organize, track, and manage medical notes efficiently
- Analyze data using SQL (Structured Query Language) to generate reports and identify discrepancies or trends in documentation
- Maintain comprehensive records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools for easy retrieval and audit purposes
- Communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and patients to resolve documentation issues promptly
- Lead process improvements by developing standardized procedures for note management and compliance adherence
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data accurately and identify patterns or inconsistencies
- Exceptional communication skills in English to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
- Knowledge of IT systems related to healthcare documentation is a plus
