We are looking for an ambitious and reliable chef to join our growing team at Alfi, a new bar and restaurant for people who are passionate about food and drink.

Alfi delivers quality and authenticity through our produce, highlighting contemporary European flavours alongside delicious wines, craft beers and a small but excellent cocktail list. We are a new independent all day bar and restaurant nestled in the heart of Spitalfields Market.
We’re on a mission to gain recognition in the michelin guide, achieving bib gourmand status.
Your role as Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie at Alfi, you'll play a key role in crafting our unique culinary offerings. You'll work alongside a talented team of chefs who are passionate about food. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards of taste and quality.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef in delivering innovative and extraordinary menu items that surprise and delight our guests.
- Ensuring all food production adheres to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace.
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Keeping a positive attitude and embracing our venue's culture or authenticity and quality.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Chef de Partie at Alfi, you should meet the following:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- A passion for food and creativity, a keen eye for presentation.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ambition to take your culinary career to the next level
