About the Role
The First Lesson is seeking an experienced Senior Educational Consultant to provide strategic guidance and support to educational organizations, professionals, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will use their educational expertise to develop effective programs, improve outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on educational programs and strategies.
- Assess educational needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and evaluate learning programs and initiatives.
- Work with educators, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analyze educational trends.
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations.
- Support implementation and evaluation of educational initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in education or educational consulting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational practices.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and presentation abilities.
- Leadership or consulting experience is highly desirable.
