Part time Learning and Development Facilitator
The purpose of this role is to support the Training Manager to deliver and implement the Learning and Development requirements for over 300 staff in a group of Care Agencies in Cornwall & Devon. In particular; the planning, teaching and evaluation, recording and reporting of agreed mandatory and professional training programmes for staff.
The training is delivered in line with organisational values and requirements as per the sector standards and compliance with the Care Quality Commission.
This position will be based in Redruth but there is flexibility and choice of location within Cornwall or Devon and the base could be adapted to suit the right candidate in the long run.
