Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s developmental milestones across cognitive, emotional, social, and physical areas
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities ensuring their safety at all times
- Build strong relationships with children and their families through effective communication and regular updates on progress
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support the implementation of a learning through play and have a Reggio based philosophy.
- Lead by example in promoting positive behaviour, manners, and social skills among children
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored care plans and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Must have a level 2 or 3 in Early years Education
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of nursery regulations, health & safety procedures, and childcare best practices
- A genuine passion for early childhood education combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm

Pay: £26,416.00-£28,080.00 per year
