Studio Assistant – E-commerce, Stock & Live Streaming
We're a fast-growing TikTok Shop business selling luxury women's and men's designer handbags and footwear, live to thousands of viewers every week through streams and auctions. Our stock comes from Italy and our studio is in Wood Green, North London.
We're looking for a driven, dependable all-rounder to be the backbone of our UK studio — someone who's brilliant with detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has an eye for how product looks on camera.
This is a hands-on, varied role sitting between our Italian head-office/warehouse team and the UK studio. One part operations, one part styling: you'll keep our stock accurate, check in shipments, pack and ship orders, handle customer service, and style the sets for our live streams.
What you'll do
- Act as the day-to-day link between the Italian team and the London studio — chase information and keep both sides aligned.
- Keep stock quantities accurate across our systems (ERP, Shopify and TikTok Shop), import and list products, and catch discrepancies before they cause oversells.
- Coordinate with our warehouse/3PL partners on dispatch, returns and stock levels.
- Receive and unpack shipments from Italy, check goods against packing lists, flag shortfalls, and keep the studio organised.
- Style and curate the sets for each stream so product looks its best on camera — prepping the sets while the tech team gets the stream ready.
- Handle UK customer service — reply to messages within our 24-hour SLA and sort out returns, refunds and exchanges.
- Pick, pack, and generate Royal Mail/courier labels and packing slips when needed.
- Help set up and run live streams, add products to lives, and support presenters and models.
What we're looking for
- High motivation and drive — ideally with experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth working environment.
- Direct TikTok Shop experience — ideally gained through an agency or managing TikTok Shop on the brand side.
- Account management / e-commerce experience — you understand how an online store and its operations run day to day.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — confident coordinating between teams (here, our Italian office/warehouse and the UK studio) and keeping everyone aligned.
- A good understanding of the fashion industry — knowledge of designer brands, and ideally experience styling, visual merchandising or window display, so you can curate the sets while the tech team prepares everything else.
- A good eye for product presentation — arranging handbags and footwear so they look premium on camera.
- Meticulous attention to detail with stock numbers and data — small errors lead to oversells and account penalties.
- Reliability and punctuality — this is non-negotiable. You show up, take ownership, and can be counted on.
- Highly organised — comfortable juggling unpacking, shipping, styling, streaming and customer service in the same day, and staying calm under pressure.
- Confident with computers and quick to learn new software (TikTok Seller Center, Shopify, an ERP, internal tools).
- Comfortable with Excel — sorting, filtering and working through large product lists.
- A clear communicator in English, happy to work day-to-day with an Italian team.
- Comfortable with physical work — lifting and unpacking boxes and pallets, and being on your feet.
- At ease on and around camera, working professionally with models and presenters.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Italian language (a plus, not required).
- Retail styling, visual merchandising or window display experience.
- Experience with live-stream selling or auctions.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Wood Green studio (N22), Monday to Friday, so you'll need to be able to travel there daily. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you — hit Apply.
