Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Window and Door Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, inspecting, and assessing windows and doors to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will help streamline installation processes, identify potential issues early, and contribute to the successful completion of high-quality building projects. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys of existing windows and doors to determine dimensions, condition, and suitability for replacement or refurbishment
- Measure openings precisely to ensure accurate fitment during installation
- Inspect window and door components for defects, damage, or wear, documenting findings thoroughly
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and installation teams to provide detailed reports and recommendations
- Verify that all surveyed elements comply with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Support site teams during installation by providing technical guidance based on survey findings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction surveying with a focus on windows and doors
- Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings relevant to window and door installations
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and building regulations related to window and door installations
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and clients

You are required to hold you own insurance and driving license for the role. Surveys will be mainly conducted within Hampshire and Surrey but not limited to.
Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
