Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, hard working Class 2 Delivery Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to designated locations. If you have experience as a Delivery Driver and enjoy being on the road, we would like to hear from you. *****Please note you will be required to work alternate Saturdays.*****
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to customers.
- Load and unload items from the vehicle.
- Perform heavy lifting when required.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes planned and provided.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
- Full understanding of the laws relating to driver hours / tacho etc.
- Commercial driving experience is advantageous
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to drive and navigate efficiently.
