We are now recruiting for Care Assistants at our Stoke EXC Scheme: Berry Hill Village.
We’re Key 2 Care — a preferred care provider in Stoke-on-Trent, delivering high‑quality support across six Extra Care schemes. We’re now looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistant's to join our team.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
x3 poistions available:
1st position - 12 hour shifts
2nd poistion - Noon shifts, 3pm - 10:15pm
3rd position - Mix shifts, AMS and Noon's. 6:45am - 2pm / 3pm - 10:15pm.

You’ll need some previous experience in care, but no formal qualifications are required — we’ll support you with full training and development to help you become an exceptional care professional.

What the Role Involves
No two days are the same. You’ll support residents with a variety of needs, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a fulfilling life. Duties may include:
- Personal care and medication support
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and activities
- Supporting wellbeing through social events, arts and crafts, and community engagement
- Promoting independence, confidence, and inclusion
You’ll play a key role in helping us take our service from Good to Great.
