As a Family Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering one-to-one support and parenting programmes. Your work will empower families to thrive in their homes and communities, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will:

Provide personalised support to families, helping them navigate challenges and access services.

Collaborate with partners across health, education, and social care to ensure a holistic approach to family support.

Deliver engaging parenting programmes that equip families with essential skills.

Empower families to build resilience and thrive in their communities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children and families, particularly those with school-aged children and teenagers.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to various locations.
