Salop Leisure is the Midlands' premier supplier of Touring Caravans, Motorhomes, Static Holiday Homes, Luxury Lodges, Awnings and Accessories, alongside a fantastic cafe and specialist plant centre.
The Role
We have a full time Supervisor position available to lead our Awnings and Accessories sales department. You will be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining exceptional standards, and delivering outstanding customer experience.
Duties include (not exhaustive)
- Leading, motivating and developing a small sales team
- Overseeing daily department operations and setting the standard for customer experience
- Supporting the team in achieving and exceeding departmental sales targets
- Managing merchandising, product presentation and department appearance
- Handling escalated customer queries and resolving issues effectively
- Monitoring stock, orders and EPOS till systems
- Communicating effectively with internal colleagues and external customers
- Championing the Salop Leisure brand at all times
- Reporting on department performance and contributing ideas for improvement
- Supporting recruitment, training and onboarding of new team members
Remuneration
- £30,000 per annum plus performance bonus

- Full time (5 days per week) including weekends and Bank Holidays
