Barista
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Previous experience is preferred, and full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to a high standard.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Restock supplies and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using a range of commercial coffee machines.
- Strong organisational and cash-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hospitality or retail experience is advantageous.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
