Duties
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
- Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and understanding client needs
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and payment processing
- Upsell services and retail products to maximize client experience and salon revenue
- Excellent chair rental rate
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Skills in barbering are highly desirable for versatile styling options.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services and products naturally while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Prior mentoring or teaching experience is advantageous for supporting team growth
