Sumillion helps organisations buy, manage, secure and manage technology.
We work across cloud, cyber security, networking, collaboration and managed services. We are also known for doing business differently. We hold the King's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, donate at least 10% of profits to charity each year, and we help fund projects ranging from clean water access to education initiatives.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Website Executive to join our growing team based in our Basingstoke office.
You do not need experience in every area listed above to apply.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving websites, creating content, running campaigns and helping ideas become reality.
A major focus of the role will be helping to refresh and improve the Sumillion website, ensuring it reflects who we are today and supports future growth.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, suppliers and senior leaders. Your ideas will be heard and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine contribution from day one.
The Role
This role combines website management, content creation, digital marketing, events and campaign delivery.
No two weeks will look exactly the same.
One day you might be updating website content, interviewing a customer for a case study or building an email campaign. The next you could be helping organise an event, producing video content or working with suppliers such as Microsoft, Cisco and HP on joint marketing activity.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and likes finding better ways of doing things.

- Support webinars, events, customer engagement activities and supplier campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to uncover stories, successes and insights worth sharing.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance content creation.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Skills & Experience Essential
- Experience in a marketing, digital marketing, communications or content creation role.
- Experience managing or updating WordPress websites.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website best practice.

- WordPress page builders such as Elementor.
- Basic HTML or CSS knowledge.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies or the IT sector.

We're more interested in potential, attitude and willingness to learn than in ticking every box.
You might already have several years of marketing experience, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career.
You do not need experience in every area listed above to apply.
If you enjoy creating high-quality work, learning new skills and working with people across a business, we'd love to hear from you.
