Duties

- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development initiatives.
- Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Address any operational issues promptly, resolving conflicts or challenges as they arise.
- Prepare reports on team performance, operational metrics, and project progress for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions quickly.
