At The Headland, we blend Heritage with Heart to create unforgettable experiences. We are deeply committed to putting the Cornish community first and protecting our stunning coastline. As a proud EarthCheck partner, eco-friendly practices are in our DNA. We don't just talk about sustainability; we live it every day. Together, we provide effortless, elevated hospitality in spaces designed for everyone—where our guests (and their four-legged friends!) can relax, play, and make lifelong memories.
The Role
Step into a world where timeless history meets 5-star luxury. Set within a beautiful Victorian building and surrounded by our unique cottages, our estate prides itself on delivering an unparalleled guest experience. - Project Delivery: Guarantee that all assigned projects and repairs are accomplished promptly and in strict alignment with appropriate specifications.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Front of House and Housekeeping teams to coordinate repairs, minimise guest disruption, and streamline operations.
- Planning & Assessment: Carry out initial assessments, accurate costings, and realistic timescales for upcoming maintenance jobs and projects, presenting them to management for approval.
