Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions at students’ homes or via online platforms, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students’ curriculum requirements and learning objectives
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Use effective communication skills to motivate students, build rapport, and create a positive learning environment
- Incorporate special education strategies when working with students who have unique learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress reports, and lesson plans in accordance with program guidelines
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, or educators to ensure consistent support and address any concerns
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various subjects and age groups
- New Tutors enthusiastic about teaching
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and engage learners of all backgrounds
