Job Overview
We are launching a Pub Management Training Program. The aim of this 1 year program is to teach people how to run a pub successfully. It will involve regular time with our senior leaders to develop skills in key areas. Our goal is for succesful canidates to running a pub at the end of the year.
The program will also ensure you work in a minimum of 2 pubs to boarden your overall experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily operational tasks and decision-making processes.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate food production to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership skills.
- Previous Assistant General Manager experience is preferred.
- Ability to serve customers effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
