The Role
As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding on a variety of commercial, industrial and domestic projects. You will work closely with supervisors and fellow scaffolders to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with current industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Work in accordance with TG20 guidance and all current health and safety legislation.
- Inspect scaffolding throughout the build process to ensure it remains safe and compliant.
- Load, unload, and handle scaffolding materials safely.
- Work collaboratively with clients, site managers, and other trades.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety.
- Complete all work to programme while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What We're Looking For -
Essential:
- Valid CISRS Scaffolder Card (Part 2 or Advanced preferred).
- Good understanding of current scaffolding regulations and safe working practices.
- Ability to work at height and in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Desirable:
- COTS, SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Experience on a variety of industries.
- DBS certificate (for projects where required).
