Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are readily available.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service times.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
