GARDENER – PART TIME
The Grove of Narberth is an AA 5 Red Star County House Hotel set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The venue has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales having won numerous industry awards and accolades.
The extensive 26 acre grounds and gardens include a walled kitchen garden, extensive flower borders, manicured lawns, wild flower meadows, mature trees, a meandering stream and large pond.
We are now looking for a gardener to help maintain the gardens for the summer months.

· Hourly rate of £12.77 plus a share of tronc.
· Gratuities through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 3k per annum if working full time hours.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
· Practical experience in horticulture.
· Clear passion for Gardens and natural environment
· Practical experience in strimming, mowing and hedge trimming with appropriate certificates.
· Chainsaw/cross cutting experience and certificates.
· Genuine sincere nature.
· Resilient and hard working.
· Dedicated and excellent team player.
· High attention to detail.
