We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Commercial Operations Manager to help deliver and optimise Twinkl’s commercial strategy across the UK & Ireland.
This role sits at the centre of multiple cross-functional teams and will focus on turning strategy into action, leading commercial initiatives from planning through to delivery and performance evaluation.
You’ll work closely with product, marketing, sales, partnerships, and education teams to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure commercial priorities are delivered effectively.

Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial initiatives

Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps

Manage UKI product and content roadmaps

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Improve operational processes and ways of working

Analyse performance data, KPIs, and commercial impact

Drive continuous improvement across delivery and execution

6–8+ years’ experience in Commercial Operations, Programme Management, or similar roles

Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional projects

Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills

Experience working across product, marketing, sales, and content teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience improving processes and operational efficiency

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
