Job Title: Production Assistant - Vehicle wrap/signage

We are looking for a production assistant/lead.
We are a small but growing business with a plan to continue the growth. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be comfortable dealing with customers. An eye for detail is essential and graphic design skills are preferred.
A candidate with experience is preferred although training will be provided to the right candidate if they are new to the role.

Duties:
- Create artwork according to customer requirements.
- Prepare artwork for production.
- Print and cut vinyls on our Mimaki and Graphtec machines.
- Laminate printed vinyls and applying application tape to cut vinyls.
- Plan jobs, working with customers and our installation team to schedule work.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stock Management.
- Basic vinyl installation.
- Assist management in other related duties.
Experience preferred but not essential:
- Previous experience in the signage/vehicle graphics industry.
- Familiarity with software such as flexisign (or similar), Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of vinyls and materials.
- Ability to maintain and clean the machines.
