Universal Tanker Solutions is a family-run business with over 25 years of experience in liquid waste management. We specialise in the transportation of potable and non-potable liquids, and the collection of food waste, FOG (fats, oils, and grease), waste oils, and septic waste.
We’re proud of our reputation for reliability, safety, and professionalism—and we’re looking for a committed 3.5T Driver to join our team at the Coatbridge depot.
The Role
As a 3.5T Welfare Chemical Toilet Van Driver, you’ll be responsible for servicing welfare units and portable toilets across a range of sites. You’ll work independently, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate a 3.5T vehicle safely and efficiently
- Service and maintain welfare chemical toilets to a professional standard
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Represent Universal Tanker Solutions with professionalism at every site
- Use initiative to complete tasks with a focus on safety and service
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (Category B minimum)
- No more than 6 penalty points (insurance requirement)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is welcome but not essential—full training provided
